Do you want a million dollar family? This is the coin termed to refer to families who have a boy and girl. I first heard this term when I gave birth to my second child, as I had had one of each gender.
Even if you are not after the million-dollar family, you may have some desire for one gender more than the other. When birth control was limited or really non-existent, parents had many children and knew that they had pretty good chances of having children of both genders. However, we now have less children, so if we want to influence the gender we get, we need to get it right the first time.
So it is easy to understand why many parents want to prepare so that they are having a boy or girl baby that they want. If you only plan on having two children, for example, you will not have many opportunities to get it right, so you need to get the information correct from the start!
Thankfully, advances in science in the areas of gender selection have made it possible to figure out what you need to do in order to get pregnant and end up having a boy or girl baby of your choice. Parents can take this information and put it to good use right from the comfort of their own homes.
The man’s sperm are either X or Y chromosomes. A woman’s egg contains X chromosomes. As a result, if the man’s X sperm meets with the woman’s egg, you will conceive a girl. If the man’s Y sperm meets with the woman’s egg, you will conceive a boy.
Scientists have found that X and Y differ in their motility, and therefore timing your conception is an important factor to consider. You have to know when you ovulate so that you can figure out when it is the appropriate time to have sexual intercourse.
It is also necessary to consume the right kinds of foods that create the right pH levels within your body, so that you increase the chances of having a boy or girl baby.
Another important, but often overlooked, thing that you need to do is limit stress in order that your body functions at its maximum level. Also be sure not to use cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol.
In summary, there are many more things that you can do to improve the odds of conceiving a boy or girl baby. You will want to be sure to find out all of the details on this as then you will be able to have the little baby you always wanted!

Although we all want to give birth to healthy babies, many women also desire one gender over another in at least one of their pregnancies. Most people don’t want to admit this, fearful that they will be scorned. However, the reasons for gender preference can be very personal.
In what follows, I will be discussing how to conceive a girl, but some of the information also applies to moms wanting to have a boy.
Having a gender preference could be down to personal reasons such as growing up with three brothers and having no sisters, or perhaps looking forward to the mother-daughter relationship that can be so wonderful particularly when the daughter is grown up.
It does not matter what your reasons are, as long as you realize that your baby is the perfect gift (even if the gender you end up with is the opposite of what you had hoped for).
This being said, there are many ways to increase the chances of conceiving the gender of your choice.
There are expensive medical interventions that can be performed, however these methods do not always result in a pregnancy that “takes.”
That is why many parents-to-be have turned to other methods that they can perform right from the comfort of their homes. It is also more fun to make a baby this way! These methods are much less expensive, but just need you to get organized and plan the pregnancy.
So what do you need to learn in order to conceive the gender you desire? The following list provides you with the information that you will need to learn: How to learn when you are ovulating, and what simple at-home tests you can use to detect this, What dietary changes you need to make to increase the odds in your favor, When you should be having sex, What positions are recommended for sex.
By getting the answers to all of this information, you will soon discover how to conceive a girl baby (or boy).
Find out today how you can increase your chances of getting pregnant with the gender of your choice by taking your basal body temperature and by learning how to monitor your ovulation cycle.

Many women face fertility issues today. Drinking and smoking can take a toll on fertility, and many women use birth control for many years before they feel ready to have a child. Unfortunately, all of these factors may impact fertility.
It is not uncommon for women who are trying to conceive to be unsuccessful in their first round of attempts, so this may not mean that the woman is actually infertile. It is wise to take steps to increase your chances if you are trying to get pregnant.
If you are thinking of conceiving a child, you’ll want to begin with a trip to the doctor. It is important to be in the best health possible before you conceive, and if you do have ailments that are interfering with conception, early detection may provide you with options.
It’s important to be aware of when you menstruate. If you are already familiar with your schedule, good for you. If not, just start tracking this for a few months.
Ok, so what exactly do you do with this information? Well, most women will be most fertile in the middle of their cycle. If your periods are irregular, you may want to use more scientific methods to determine when you ovulate, which can be done by checking your temperature or cervical fluid.
You will want to avoid any form of tobacco and narcotics if you are trying to get pregnant. Talk to your doctor if you are taking prescription narcotics.
Not only will these substances make it significantly harder for you to conceive, they can be very damaging to the fetus if you do conceive, so whether you are trying to get pregnant or are already pregnant, be sure to avoid these harmful substances.
Some women will actually have less sex while trying to get pregnant, which is counter effective. They may do this because they feel they should save if for certain times of the month, but the timing is not an exact science, so the more sex the better.
Follow these tips and discuss them with your doctor and you may improve your chances of conceiving significantly.
