Stretch Mark Help

Stretch marks are a common side effect of pregnancy, but is there really any way to get rid of them or to prevent them in the first place? Parents TV’s Anne Ebeling goes beyond cocoa butter to get the skinny on stretch marks.

Actually, if u had a diet high in brazilian nuts and other nuts which contains vitamin E and essential oils like omega, include oily fish like salmon, and massage in creams containing a mixture of essential oils into ur stomache area den it will support and supplement ur skin, im sure da stretch marks wouldn’t b dat bad if u did all dat!! oh… don’t forget da raw baby leaf spinache… drink lots of water .. research on foods u can eat and good readily absorbed oils more den creams

I have been struggling for years to rid myself stretch marks developed in adolescence and during my pregnancies. I have started a blog where I share my struggle and try out various ways to rid myself of those awful marks. Check out my blog My Experiment with Natural Skin Reapair @ Blogger.

I’m 15 and have had stretch marks for atleast 2 years. What I’ve learnt to do is to love them, it takes alot of getting used to, but you soon come to realise that they’re apart of you and there’s nothing really effective you can do about them. 95% of women have them even if they’re not always visable. I think it’s a universal thing and if we learn to accept it, they become alot easier to deal with. my two cents.

I got stretch marks when I gave birth during my teenage years. the marking is up to my upper abdomen! even my boobs has it too! I thought I would have too much but during my 3rd trimester it starts to crawl up and now after 8yrs never found any cream that can at least reduce the appearance. My mum doesnt have any after giving birth on 5 of us. My sister doesnt have it either, could it because I get pregnant while my skin is not yet matured? or it just happen?

everyone has stretch marks, it doesn’t matter if you’re 13 or 70. When you grow rapidly (aka at 13) you get stretch marks. Don’t let them prevent you from wearing them. most likely you are going to have them for the rest of your life. You should just try to get over it, you’re only 13
