During the early months of pregnancy women would complain of morning sickness. While resting your head should be on the pillow and you feet should be straight. Go for a short walk as fresh air is good to take care of morning sickness. Don’t smoke actively or even passively for that matter. With out the doctor’s approval never try any home remedy for morning sickness as the impact could be bad.
