I didn't think it was written very well. Plus, it was really boring. My favorite pregnancy book was "The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy." It was funny, it was a good read, and very informative. It tells you stuff no other woman or doctor will. But other than that, most pregnancy books aren't real helpful. They all say the same things, so don't pick up more than one or two. If you're going to breastfeed, get a breastfeeding book BEFORE you had your baby. When I had mine, I really wished I had read that book before I had him. My favorite was The Nursing Mother's Companion. Also a very good read. My favorite pregnancy book was "The Girlfriend’s Guide to Pregnancy." It was funny, it was a good read, and very informative. It tells you stuff no other woman or doctor will.

But other than that, most pregnancy books aren’t real helpful. They all say the same things, so don’t pick up more than one or two. If you’re going to breastfeed, get a breastfeeding book BEFORE you had your baby. When I had mine, I really wished I had read that book before I had him.
