If you are in search of a no frills response to how to deal with craving food – I’d have to say just stop eating too much but is this really it?. I have heard and used this line a number of times before, at home at work and while with my friends. Allow me to take a few minutes of your time to share about salicylate intolerance food cravings in not so many words.

Eating too much does not necessarily result to food cravings or gaining some weight instead it is the choice of food you allow yourself to eat. Cravings for food are increased when eating some certain types of foods i.e. some type of food stimulates and increases them and eating healthy or some other foods may help you develop the ability to stop them. The latter food really does have the ability to do away with your desires to eat without any control. For example, B vitamins can help you stop them if you take them as prescribed. These are essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates into the simple sugar glucose. The B-complex vitamins can be found in nuts, whole-grain cereals fruits, leafy green vegetables, whole-grain cereals fruits, rice, meats, eggs, milk and fish.

It follows then that food cravings are by and large caused by chemical imbalances in our body system and so by eating the right foods with the right nutrients will enable your body to access the necessary ingredients to help it function normally and in the process control chemical imbalances. This information is also relevant to premenstrual women and want some foods that fight PMS.

Now this should tell you why some weight loss programs claim to keep you eating as much as you want without gaining any more weight. The people who develop such products basically come up with some anti depressants that enables the creation of some certain resources that are much needed for your system or body so that is remains healthy and cravings free. These scientists have spent years studying the human anatomy and have come up with the best tools or resources to help your body and to keep it healthy, find eating desiresand shed some baggage without changing much on your eating patterns.

Although I do believe in the science of the antidepressants, I have my reservations about them mainly because they can have drastic side effects for some users such a irritability, nausea, to mention just a few. Personally I am a huge fan of natural remedies and cures and you can do this by understanding the body’s chemical make-up and then help balance it up by eating the right kind of food.

I do hope that so far you can relate even if you are thinking about magnesium for sugar cravings

There is no reason why you should pay anything or anyone for putting your eatng habits under control. For instance, as for foods that fight pms, I often tell people to take stock and do the following, observe and not the emotional triggers that lead you to eating excessively, exercise often as this has a good effect on your mood, everytime you feel like eating something especially something sweet just drink a glass of water as this can help a lot also find some better foods that you can eat in stead of your usual junk food e.g. sugar less chocolates.
