In the event that you are either pregnant or attempting to get pregnant, there are a number of thing that you should try to avoid. You probably already know about most of these. But you may be surprised to learn about some of the more unusual one. For example, treatment for your acne.
Trying to treat acne is certainly the right move when you have it, but not at all times. There are stages in the life of an individual when you could not cure acne anytime you want to. And, this is during pregnancy. As we know, this is a sensitive stage in a lady’s life and it is that phase of a female’s life that she must show special care for herself. When she feels the in need of dealing with acne, she must see to it that she equips her self with the correct facts.
This must also be remembered by people who can also get pregnant. The next are some medicines for acne that are not good for the purpose during pregnancy for they’re harmful for the fetus:
First is Hormonal therapy that might include estrogen, flutamide, and spirolactone. They are large no. They are harmful and may result in some issues for both the mother and the youngster. Better see it as a threat
Another one that would just put a pregnant woman’s life in peril is Isotretinoin. This has negative effects as well particularly for expectant women or those that are breastfeeding. This could cause severe health issues on both mother and the fetus inside her womb. It is recommended that a female on the operation of taking this must be monitored by the expert. People who are trying to be pregnant must ignore the use of this for it may just trigger the down-side not just for you but most especially to your child.
And, also if Oral tetracyclines which might be of doxycycline, tetracycline and minocycline, must not be an alternative at all for it wouldn’t do you any good. As tested and proven, pregnant women or those that are breastfeeding must disregard the use of this for it may just give those bad effects that would little else be but a threat to your life and to your child. The topmost effect is permanent discoloration of teeth or bone disorders.
And the last one to ignore is topical retinoids like tazarotene, adapalene and tretinoin. Similar to the above-mentioned means, this could just be another hazard to you and your baby’s health. So, whether you are pregnant or not, it is not wise to use all these mentioned.
For all of you who want to treat their acne but are pregnant, why must you risk your life and the life of your child just to possess a prettier face? There is due time for treating your acne and during your pregnancy is not one or more of the safest times.

Many people try to tell themselves that when they are going to have a baby – not much, if anything, will change in their life. However, that is simply not the case. If you are going to have a baby it is important that you be prepared to face the natural challenges that come along with it. If you have decided that now is the right time to have a baby and become a mother, then the time is right for you.
One of the most rewarding jobs you will ever hold is that of a mother, your life will be filled with emotions you can only dream about now. Not only will you feel like you have purpose you will feel strong protective urges and a pure love like no other. At this point, you might believe that pregnancy and delivery are the tough part but truthfully, the hard stuff is yet to come. Once the baby arrives, you will have to become accustomed to another person in your life while you try to overcome weariness and the unknown.
Even the calmest of woman may feel out of control when faced with a newborn baby. You will have to cope with the round the clock, feeds, diaper changes, burping and screaming. No one will blame you for wondering at some point why you decided to have a baby. Being very organized and asking for help is essential. It is not a sign of weakness, but a sign that you are in fact in control. Friends and family will want to help you, and spend time with the baby.
Although you may want to spend every moment with your new baby, allowing yourself some time for you can help to stay sane. Scheduling any amount of time, even if it is a minimal amount a day can help you to remain calm and feel normal. Your body and mind will be going through massive changes. Even something as simple as having your hair done, can make you feel human again. The demands of being a parent can put a strain on relationships with your partner, family and even friends. Although your baby is very important so are you, and the people around you.
Nearly everyone who wants to have a baby goes into it planning to be the best parent ever. The problem is this rarely if ever happens and failure feels devastating. There are many new skills and emotions you have to deal with and you will not always get everything perfectly right. Your life will be turned upside down by this new little person. You are caring for the baby 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and that is exhausting. Especially when the only mode of communication your child has is screaming.
Household chores, routine and errands will often have to wait as you adjust to parenthood. However, just remember every time you wonder why you chose to have a baby you will experience thousands of moments that answer the question. There is that moment when they first meet your eyes or hold out their little arms for you and express unconditional love up to and including the moment they have their own children. You are now and forever will be their mother, just take it one day at a time and you will be a wonderful parent.
